I have a couple of ONN 4K Pros (grey (opened) and black (unopened)) that I am returning to Walmart. I decided to go with the Google TV Streamer instead of the ONN.

I stated I am willing to send one at cost plus postage if they really wanted one.

I told them this is not a scam and I can prove my identity.
Let me know if you want to work something out.

They both declined and said they’d keep waiting for their local Walmart.
I told them ok, good luck.

So I’ll be making a trip to Walmart to return 2 ONN 4K Pros.

I was just a guy trying to do another guy a favor.

I have tested both and I like the Google Tv Streamer is better. It’s a smoother experience. I got mine at 25% off for $76 so it was a deal. I’m looking forward to any tips or tricks. I already loaded Projectivy and other apps; and have a pretty solid rig.

I would like to hear peoples opinions on why the ONN 4K Pro is a better purchase than the Google TV Streamer. I know the ONNs have had all the hype for the past months. Is it any better or is it just that everyone wants what is hard to get?
I have both and am evaluating them to see which one to stick with and which one goes back to the store.

Edit: A lot of people have mentioned the difference in price. The Google TV Streamer I purchased was 25% off last month. Which makes it about $17 more than the Pro 4K. I doubt the ONNs will ever go on sale.

I just received one today that I ordered yesterday. Same Day delivery even being offered.

I know I’m not the only person that has had problems installing Projectivy as the launcher on the new (2026) ONN Pro 4K.
You need to install Launcher Manager after installing Projectivy. This will get you past the Accessibility issue (you won’t have to go into development mode) to make Projectivy your launcher.
Launcher Manager is only available on Troypoint.com/tb

I see all of these posts about people seeing a “delivery” option on their Walmart page and thinking they’re shipping from the store and therefore the store must have them. They’re usually not.
I just got lucky enough to get a Pro ordered yesterday. It shipped from Florida and I live in Texas.
So these “they’ve been spotted in the area” posts are not all too accurate.

Keep checking the Walmart app and you may get lucky too.
