I am moving out of the room in a fully furnished 2BHK in Horamavu and looking for someone to take over from 1st July(Now)

 The Damage : Per Person

• Rent + Maintenance: ₹21,000/month
• Utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, maid): ~₹4,000/month
• Deposit: ₹40,000 (one-time)

 Plot Twist

My flatmate is also moving out of the house by first week of Aug or max by 2nd week

Which means:

1. You two find a new flatmate together and continue living your best lives, OR
2. You become the ruler of the entire kingdom and take over the full flat.

So roughly 23k a month, plus the 35k deposit upfront.

Heads up, read this part:
My current flatmate is also moving out end of July. So once he's gone, you'll either need to help find a new flatmate for his room (Room 2, attached washroom), or keep the whole flat to yourself and cover the full rent. Wanted to be upfront so it's not a surprise later. His living room furniture and bed are his, so those leave with him too.

Also, if you'd rather move straight into Room 2 once it's free end of July, that works too, just let me know.
