I’ve been seeing a lot of negativity lately about Instacart shoppers and customers. This is kinda old but thought I’d share to maybe remind us all what we do it for.
This customer was an older woman, it was pouring the rain the entire day and she was scared to drive, she didn’t know how to properly work the app. And while in the moment I was beginning to get annoyed with it and almost cancelled but I didn’t and I’m so glad that I didn’t.
