I've been checking daily. I see some Akira listings on Fandango and other sites. They aren't fully live, but they're rolling them out.

I'm trying to buy Utena, but don't want to get scammed. Does anyone know if bootlegs exist for this one? I can't find any info.

It's rare to see such a visually stunning film, then to have interesting discussions with fans afterwards.

The guy next to me was asking about the car transformation scenes and the symbolism. It was nice to sit and hear people talk about what it meant.

It was a perfect finale to the series and Utena. As a long-time anime fan, it's crazy I never saw this series or the film but am happy I stumbled upon it.

The visual were so pretty! I hope the series gets a re-release on physical media someday.

I was thinking of being in Napa on July 4th. Is there usually a lot of traffic and people in the downtown area?

Just got an email from Fandango that End of Evangelion is gonna play at multiple theaters in my area (SF Bay Area) on July 22.

Worth checking if it's playing near you.
