My dad (who grew up in the 80s-90s) told me that before GMA-7 and TV5, there was IBC-13.

Back in the 80s and 90s daw, IBC had it all. You want to watch movies and shows from the US? Tutok ka sa IBC-13. Gustong manood ng comedies? IBC!

Pero around 2000s, medyo tumamlay na yung ratings ng IBC. 2010 and onwards parang nawala na sya sa collective consciousness ng mga Pilipino.

Have you ever wondered why Tenma is so OP in GO, why he's so so so bubbly and energetic and why the plot inculdes crazy shit like fighting football dictatorship, time travel n saving the universe?

Well I think I might've just learned the answer... (cue the Alex Bale music)

First is that you ever notice that Tenma has a green aura around him? While Inazuma characters tend to use different techniques like Endou and Gouenji, Tenma in particular has a recurring use of the green aura, and one of the most damning clues can be found in the opening...

In the 2nd Inazuma GO opening, you notice that Tenma always brings that green air around even outside football matches, this rarely happens in the show where characters can be seen using hissatsus in everyday circumstances. This is our first clue that Tenma might either be some sort of diving soccer player or something much more sinister...

The second clue comes from Tenma himself, he's shown to be overtly enthusiastic. Even in the face of a literal dictatorship that runs Japan's football, we rarely see Tenma feel dejected or hopeless. This is where I start to believe that Tenma could be under the influence of pot or some other type of hallucinogen.

But the third and most damning of them all is how all the football players have atleast an episode dedicated to their development, Tsurugi for example after meeting Tenma suddenly grows from this lone-wolf who looks down at everyone to this passionate and fiery character who now cares about his friends and loved ones. Shindou after meeting Tenma went from this overly-emotional thinker who's hesitant to taking risks into this more decisive leader who now no longer lives in fear and has no more reason to play things safe.

You can say this applies to every character we see since in many episodes we see them grow and develop after meeting Tenma. This made me realize that Tenma may not be under the influence of pot, but **he might be the pot.** Plus Shindou has some hippie-type hair so that could also not be a coincidence?

So now we've confirmed that Raimon is a bunch of teens who somehow got access to weed and then started thinking about crazier adventures like time travelling to both past and future and space travel!
