Compensation Breakdown

• Base Salary: SAR 26,000 / month
• Housing Allowance: SAR 6,500 / month
• Transportation Allowance: SAR 2,600 / month
• Total Monthly Gross: SAR 35,100 (~$9,360 USD)
• Annual Bonus: 10% of base compensation, subject to performance metrics.
• Tax Status: Tax-free (as an expat).

2. Relocation Package: Is it typical to ask for a sign-on or relocation bonus (e.g., ~SAR 35,000–40,000) to assist with moving costs and the setup of a new home?
3. Living Near KAFD (Pet-Friendly): My wife, our cat, and I will be moving from India. What are some comfortable and budget-friendly neighborhoods or compounds near KAFD (e.g., Al Malqa, Hittin, or Al Aqiq) that allow pets? We'd like to keep rent under SAR 5,000–7,000/month if possible.
