WFM Reports

Hi everyone,

I am planning to build Workforce Management from scratch for startup company.

We have around 300 users, We work in US healthcare revenue cycle management, specifically in the follow-up stage.

We do not have an established WFM department yet, so I want to ask what reports, dashboards, and KPIs we should create first.

What should we monitor daily, weekly, and monthly?

Some areas I am thinking about:

  • Attendance
  • Late logins
  • Absences
  • Schedule adherence
  • Break and lunch compliance
  • Staffing coverage
  • Overtime
  • Shrinkage
  • Productivity by work type
  • Production hours vs non-production hours
  • Claim follow-up volume
  • Claim status volume
  • Adjustments volume
  • Forecasted workload vs actual completed work
  • Team lead and portfolio performance

For those who built or worked with WFM teams, what reports are most useful at the start?

Also, what dashboards are useful for team leads, operations managers, and executives?

Any advice, sample structure, or common mistakes to avoid would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Anyone from Signal Village Taguig?

It's been 7 days of no internet connection. First day, the RED LOSS was fixed. But We still have no internet connection. Is there any outage in this area?
Or what's happening? I tried to reach customer service, they're just pasting their notes as their replies. the agent even ended the chat.

Did you experience this? It’s really hard to connect my iPad air to my iPhone 16 hotspot. It’s just keep on loading. Some of the things I did as workaround (recommended by chatgpt):

- Manually configure DNS and router, like do 8.8.8.8 and 125.125.5.5, as far as I still remember.
- Created a shortcuts to go airplane mode for 5 sec, turned on cell data, turned off hotspot then turned on.
- Reset network settings for both devices ( best workaround so far) then turned off low data mode.

But these workarounds defeat the purpose of apple ecosystem being integrated to each other which pissed me off.

Let me know if you experience this as well and do you have like a permanent solution for this? This is getting me crazy!

Hi Everyone,

I am a HubSpot Admin and Developer in the company that I am currently working with. Right now, I am checking HubSpot App, and find it not useful for sales rep or for marketing teams, even myself. It has limited functionalities and flexibilities unlike in Web. Or maybe, the developers are still in the process of adding features on it. And also, Standalone Breeze app will be removed soon and will be in HubSpot App. I think this is one of the use case now of HubSpot.

Could you share how you use HubSpot App in your daily work? Like what are your use cases?

Thank you!
