Hi, I’m moving very very soon and looking for a new home for my tarantula (Aphonopelma seemanni). Very active, good eater, probably around a year and a half old, not sure on gender.

Comes with tank with custom handmade backdrop! (Tarantula had the burrow entrance in the rib cage but it had recently decided to rearrange so there is no more moss in the cage. lol)

Does anyone have any idea how to get the seams be sorta puckered in like that? I want to have those indents between the pieces but i’m not sure how.

Would stretching the fabric tight as you’re sewing it cause that effect?

Also would you get the top to cave inward like that?

I feel like if I were to make this it would just be one round ball… Any ideas would be appreciated :)

Hi! These are my first carnivorous plants should I repot them now or wait? 😮

My fly trap is still in its original grocery store pot but it’s doing great and growing super fast! Its got roots coming out go the bottom like no one’s business and i’m scared it’s starting to outgrow it’s container! Should I repot it now or wait until dormancy? Also it keeps flowering and I don’t want to grow seeds. Should I start cutting them off and let it use that energy to make more traps? lol

ALSO my Nepenthes shot off two babies over the winter should I separate them and repot mama??

(Edit: This fly trap lives outside in direct southern summer sun I physically cannot give it any more light istg)

I tried to remove the cap to replace the water in my childhood lava lamp and broke the top of the glass. Is there anyway I can salvage this or should I just toss it? 😪
