AirPods Pro 3 static noise

Hey guys, I just got the AirPods Pro 3 a couple of months ago, and I have noticed that there's a static noise every time I use it to watch TV at night. My TV is a TCL T7, and I have tried everything to troubleshoot it, but it comes in every now and then. I hear the static noise just on TV, but I don't hear it when I use it on my phone.

My question is, I am trying to enroll it in the AppleCare Plus warranty service. Will Apple replace it because of the static sounds I hear, or will they just repair it? What if I include the AirPods Pro 3 in my AppleCare One? Will they replace it? I was thinking that if it's under the AppleCare+, they will just repair it, as opposed to being covered under the AppleCare One, where they might replace the AirPods.

Coverage under AppleCare Plus per month is $1.99, compared to covering it or including it under my AppleCare One, which is $5.99 per month.
