So, while doing ground work for Raj, Amy said she and Emily hit it up and would have coffee later.... So they kinda wanted to be friends but.... Later when Raj and Emily started dating... Amy and Emily pursue their friendship

This guy made a whole scene when he wanted to play games with his friends, but their girlfriends were keeping them away. and the moment he gets a girl in his life he flies off.

And she got her own episode, rightfully so......... The chaos with kids is the perfect way to show memaw's personality..

The library date was so thoughtful and raj put a whole lot of effort into making it special for her..... Later on though was it actually too much to ask from her to meet his friends?

There are no funny storylines with her except the one with everyone going to human resources...... Her storyline didn't have a massive friction in Lenny and Penny's relationship.... Did you find her dynamics with Sheldon interesting.

To be devil's advocate poor guy didn't get the hero's welcome he should have and got to tell his stories the day he reached so if was Overcompensating by taking every topic to space was it that bad?
