Waymo got stuck at drop off and support couldn’t get the vehicle to move. Support couldn’t get the roadside assistance dispatched or a tow truck and I was sitting there for 110 minutes. It was not fun and I couldn’t even book a new ride. (video coming soon)
A bunch of Waymo‘s are just pulling over turning on their hazards and are giving a hazard on their roof sensor. The doors aren’t open so it’s very confusing. Anybody know why maybe it’s just trying to unclog traffic I don’t know.

I booked the exact same route with the same pickup and drop-off times on two accounts—one with Waymo Premier and one without. The Premier ride cost more, but the difference was just credited back as Waymo Cash. So I’m essentially paying extra up front to earn credits back. Isn’t this weird?

Today, around 10 am, I saw a Zoox (not a test vehicle) with someone in it driving on Montgomery St. Guessing it's an employee because I don't have access to that area yet sadly :(
Today I was taking a short Waymo trip, and when it arrived, instead of blocking traffic, it reversed into a parking spot. It parked successfully, but then got itself stuck. Roadside assistance was dispatched. I had the option to get out and hail a new ride, but I chose to wait so I could see how roadside assistance handled it.
