ChemE transferring out of UCSD?

I am a current 2nd year at UCSD and just got admitted as an undergrad spring admit for USC for Chemical Engineering. I’m extremely conflicted on whether I should transfer or not and would appreciate any advice or pro/cons on whether or not to transfer.

For context, I am entering my 3rd year this Fall at UCSD, study chemical engineering, and think I am interested in the environmental aspect of ChemE (water treatment, air pollution, etc.). I also don’t think I am interested in pursuing research after grad, but I haven’t held a research position yet. I just want a job 🥲. UCSD doesn’t offer environmental engineering courses or research in those fields so I decided to shoot my shot and apply to transfer here. I don’t think I am limited by finaid either since I had mostly all my fees paid for at UCSD.
