Stubhub is not part of Better Business Bureau (BBB). However SeatGeek is accredited by BBB. The ticketing platform currently holds an "A" rating with the organization and has been fully BBB Accredited.

Sorry everyone is going through this. I had an issue before when buying through StubHub too. So far SeatGeek has been ok. So right now they are my 1st choice for tickets.

I remember buying tickets on eBay from highly rated sellers and never getting scammed or the runaround like I did with StubHub. Why did eBay stop selling tickets? Bring that back.
