When your period returned postpartum, how regular was your cycle? Did your second period occur within 3-5 weeks of your first or was there a longer stretch in between the two?
A WIC dietician told me breastfeeding is a natural (but unreliable) form of birth control.
How many of you have gotten pregnant while breastfeeding AND before having your first postpartum period?
I would like to get pregnant again before the end of my breastfeeding journey with our first and curious what the odds are of that happening prior to my first period.
my pumped milk from last night and the night before, both refrigerated and combined an hour ago. stays curdled no matter how much i shake it up…
