Third class service by Qatar Airways. Even Indigo is better

Items were stolen, baggage was damaged and the airport staff would not help to compensate for the damaged or stolen items.

I had two safety belts tied around my bags which were bought from Germany. And both of them were missing once I collected my bags in Mumbai. The baggage team said it may have been customs. NO, it cannot be customs because MY BAG WAS NEVER OPENED.

I then realized my wheel caps were missing. This was obviously mishandled baggage. They refused to file a PIR because the damage must be extensive. However, another passengers bag just had a scratch and he was provided compensation.

The illogical explanation they gave me was, it's just a wheel cap. You can use your bag. So if a bag gets scratched, this means you cannot use it?

My wife was insulted when she said, we are smart people and we know when our bags are damaged. The agent turned around and told us, I don't think you are smart. I started filming for proof of the arrogance and then they starting getting hostile. They called the security manager thinking I would delete the footage, but I did not. They said action will be taken against the agent and all that jazz

However, I have been following everyday with no luck. I also know that there will no be any response as these are just agencies handling the complaints on behalf of Qatar and not Qatar Airways themselves. I guess if this was in Doha, things probably would have been different and the situation would have been handled differently. I'm not sure.

Is there any email address anyone could share so I can send them a stinker directly to the Qatar office?

I have a 10 hour stop over in Doha day after. What would be the best places to visit?

This was really sudden, so I haven't done much digging up.

Loved the city so far but the rains are playing spoils sport

I landed in Almaty yesterday, loved the city so far. However the weather has been a let down. Almost 2 days of mine were wasted because of the rain (Can't do anything about it)

Visited Arbat street this evening and it was pretty dead. Was it because of the rain?

Are there any other places that are lively at night?

Wanted to know if this common in Tashkent

I recently arrived in Tashkent and it was hot and we were sweating. I checked into my Airbnb but couldn't find the AC remote. I called the house to ask her how to put the AC on. She said the weather is cool so there isn't any need for the AC. I was like okay this is weird, maybe it's a Tashkent thing. It was pretty cool during the night so it was fine.

I rechecked in to the same apartment after 2 days and both the AC remotes were available. Did the weather change in 2 days?

I mean. The AC remote should be available regardless of the weather. I'm paying for a service and it's written in your listing that you have an ac. So I will use it according to my preference not yours.

Im due to write a review so just wanted to hear from others.
