Need tips so buyers remorse doesn't devour me

I REALLY want to like the z flip, I just got it and put it in a wallet case I thought would be good because it's padded and protects the hinge... but how tf is this supposed to fit in my pocket in a good case?? Like when I run i keep my phone in my leggings pocket, but this is BULKY folded up in this case and the slimmer cases feel too flimsy. Even the more 'tactical' style case i ordered looks like it's going to be bulky

Am I overdoing my protection? The hinge cover on this thing also stinks, so im open to case recs.

Recommendations for women's alpine climbing gloves

This is the hardest piece of gear to decide on. My climbing partners are all bringing multiple pairs—warm for the approach and then climbing specific gloves. But my hands get COLD. When skiing I wear 3 finger Hestras otherwise im miserable, so a plain leather climbing glove may not be enough on something like les Cosmiques where its either climbing or waiting for long periods.

I like the Ortovox tour pro cover gloves but they look bulky. The Hestra XC ergo grips are supposedly like second skin, but not waterproof or super insulated. Am I just stuck with multiple pairs of gloves?

Public transit in the summer & alpine starts

Hello! Planning out a Chamonix trip this July. I've been in the winter before, and recall the train and busses running pretty early, but the timetables I'm finding online for summer seem to all start around 6:30am. I'm staying in Argentierre with a group who will have a car, but not enough space for all of us. I'd prefer not to pay for a rental just to park in lift-lots a 10 minute drive away. Especially as we are renting later in the trip to drive over to Italy.

We have a few objectives planned where start time is less important, like taking the Charamilon cable car up to the hike to stay at the Albert Premier, but others, like a Cosmiques day trip, where the group is looking to get the first slot for Plan de l'Aiguille.

Is there a transit service I'm missing that starts running earlier, or are we going to have to use Bolt for early morning trips?

Cramps, spotting & discharge during ovulation 1 year post op?

So ive read that ovulation cramps aren't unusual after a bisalp because the body has to reabsorb everything that used to go to the uterus. But I've been having mild to moderate cramping for 3 days now with a TON of clear discharge and finally a little spotting which I also dont understand how thats possible if the ovaries are no longer connected to the uterus for all that to get to the cervix...

—ive also been having muscle spasms right where I had ACL surgery a few years ago and for some reason I feel like thats related. Anyway, at what point is it concerning?

My girl will be 6 in August. We've had her for almost exactly 4 years. Her previous owners trained her well, and I expanded her training, teaching perimeter thresholds to be in front of our house off leash, relatively trustworthy off leash walking in a heel (after snowstorms we'll walk the whole neighborhood off leash), great recall at the local beach and park even after noticing deer, foxes, etc, "wait" command for when I need to catch up on the trails, automatic stop & wait at the sight of other dogs (her preference, shes indifferent in general & has strong boundary body language)

But she's always had a little stubborn streak. A clear "i know what you want and I think its stupid" response, for instance stopping and waiting instead of recalling on our usual walking path, and the typical "im going to leave the stick 6 feet away instead of in your hand" tease. Which is part of the problem, because she knows strangers will think she's cute and throw it for her, where I will make her do it right before reward, so now whenever there are people at the park or the beach she b-lines for them and fully ignores me. Shes even worse with my husband.

She's also been deciding that when she wants to leave, then its time to leave. She heads toward the exit and looks over her shoulder like "no you come to me". It takes me either using the angry psychopath voice, threatening "okay, goodbye" and pretending to leave, or using her emergency recall which never fails but im afraid to overuse.

This would happen sporadically in the past but never as bad as its gotten, and usually during firework season (when she refuses to go on walks when its dark out & will immediately turn home at the first loud noise all summer long... soooo great) or when she was injured & forced to take it easy. My husband became firefighter 2 years ago and unfortunately my schedule is not as consistent as his used to be, and thats had a negative impact on her routines for sure, but there havent been any changes since. The one big difference since this started is I've started running, though I try to add to her walk time instead of cutting into it, and we play less fetch because her knees are going bad. But the less she listens, the less time she gets to roam.

Im not sure what to do. She's got a lot of quirks, gets stuck in routines/behaviors, and has always been a bit difficult thanks to early adverse experiences, but I have no idea how to fix recall that was previously excellent because I didnt train it in the first place, and she HATES long lines. She is highly responsive to mild negative feedback, more than positive reinforcement. I'm considering an e collar- i NEVER plan to use the stim, ever, but i found one with an intercom, beep, and vibrate function that im hoping can reinforce obedience, because shes not treat motivated outside, and inside or in our yard her obedience is perfect. Any advice is appreciated
