So my Honda Civic 2012 AC has suddenly stopped blowing cold air after I went to a car wash (not sure if it's related)

One garage told me after doing soap test that the that outer pipes have no leak, need to dismantle the dashboard and everything for 500 AED labour only and need to inspect from the inside

One guy told me that a valve need to be replaced and gas replacement will fix the issue

One guy told me your pipe has leakage, he will weld a new piece of pipe and charge the gas

All of them diagnosed a different problem. Now I m confused. Please advise. Thank you so much.
