Chain of command

Can I contact a professor of military science directly? I have had zero luck getting in contact with the enrollment advisor. I am hoping to be a cadet this fall

ROTC

Is there someone that I can talk to about Army ROTC? I am trying to sign up for classes and I don’t want to there to be scheduling conflicts but I can’t even get any basic information from the phone or online.

How hard is it to get on ADOS as an officer

I am planning on becoming an aviation officer and I heard that it was a lot easier to branch aviation in the guard so I was wondering how much of my career could I realistically spend on ADOS orders? I don’t have a great civilian career to supplement my military career.

2 year program

How difficult is ROTC when you are starting out as a junior? I am prior enlisted (E3) so I have a pretty solid understanding of the level 10 tasks but I really don’t have any leadership experience at least in the military.

Future Jag Officer

I am currently enlisted in the army national guard and I will be an ROTC cadet this fall and I would like to know what my best path to becoming a JAG officer would be. I will have the option of going active or potentially switching branches if there is a better path somewhere else. Should I stay in the guard or try to get an ed delay or try to do the active FLEP program. I am not in a hurry and wouldn’t mind spending a couple of years in a more traditional military role as a lieutenant and I would love any insight or advice that you all have

Switch from army rotc to afrotc

Would it be easier to try to switch over as a non contracted cadet or switch to the Air Force after I complete my service commitment with the army? Will they take any of my 100 level credits and would I have a realistic chance at getting a FT spot still?

ROTC cadet looking for roomates

I am a 23 year old male and I will be an ROTC cadet this fall at the University of Portland. I was wondering if any fellow ROTC cadets are looking for someone to split an apartment with off campus. I am prior enlisted so I would be happy to share whatever tips and tricks that I have learned on the enlisted side.

695 detachment

What is the 695th like? How competitive is selection for Basic Camp? I am 23 currently a non tech major but I am open to switching. I am prior service so I am confident that I can do well with PT and I have 3.7 GPA from community college. I know I have a different background than the average cadet but I am not a know it all and would have no problem getting along with younger cadets.
