Scissors / blades left outside door with no age / ID check?

Is it right that these are left outside (as usual, they didn’t knock or ring the bell)? Isn’t there some requirement to give them to a person and check ID or challenge 25 etc?

New P4 on order

This week ordered a new P4 LRDM Prime Performance in storm with charcoal nappa. Already one with my config in transit for "late June" and reg number was issued yesterday 😀

Coming from a RR Evoque p300e that cost me more over 3 years than this will.
