Im wondering why does beats studio pro doesn’t get firmware updates with new features/sound optimizations regularly?

I just exchanged series 11 with ultra 2 for good price
Do you guys think its an upgrade or downgrade?😅

I have a problem in my right earbuds it has static sound and stuttering and cutting in voice and suddenly it went off totally i tried charge it and factory reset it and all
I bought it last july 2025 it hasnt even lasted a year
Im in middle east any tips on how can i repair it/ reach for
replacement ?
