Im quite new to PC building and Ive heard that the sweet spot for am5 RAM is 6000 MT/s CL 30 but its quite expensive in my country. Ive managed to find a deal on this Viper RAM for -30% less, but I seen that I wouldnt necessarily be able to run at that MT/s because its dependent on the memory controller of the CPU and MB. For reference Im either going to use a 7800x3d or a 9600x for the CPU and an Asrock b850 Steel legend for the MB. Are these components suitable for underclocking the RAM if its even possible and what program and sources can I use to do it?
