Advice please- GI symptoms on the regular

Started 2.5 MJ on 25th Feb 2026 and had great success with few side effects. When i went up to 5mg the diarrhea and belly pain was too much over weeks so i went down to 3.3. I have been at 3.3 for months and still get diarrhea 48 hours after injection. Then i move to constipation by day 6 and 7, inject again and back to diarrhea. So far i have just accepted this and am happy to have lost 27kg on low doses. I am finding the foods I eat on particular days effect how severe the GI side effects are.

I mostly eat small meals and take de-gas and immodium most weeks to manage. I want to increase dose- last 2 weeks i have gone up slightly to 4mg and symptoms have worsened... usually only for one day and i have been home to manage however do i have to continue this every single week?

I havn't tried any other GLP1... anyone have advice please? Still have 20-25kg to loose.

Cracked 100kg 🥳

99.5kg... finally cracked 100kg after 2 months of slowed loss. I have been on MJ since Feb and worked through some hard GI side effects. Currently on 3.3mg. I didnt think cracking three digits would feel this good! ... despite having no clothes that fit 😂

Twice weekly dose

Curious if splitting 5mg dose to two 2.5mg doses over 7 days helps the bad GI side effects i typically get on day 2 and 3 of the week?

5mg MJ with terrible GI symptoms

Took 2.5mg for first month and have now been on 5mg for 7 weeks. The GI symptoms are almost unbearable and impact my ability to eat. I've lost 15 kg but now on plateau likely cause by not eating enough calories. GI symptoms include sulphur burps, diarehra, constipation, bloating and bad pain in belly. I'm wondering if i should decrease dose to manage symptoms... its impacting my sleep which makes life hard.
