I am currently building RESTRUCTURE and looking for someone who is interested in Strategy & Business Development.

The goal is to help founders take their ideas and actually turn them into businesses, so strategy, business models, partnerships, market research, opportunities etc. will be a big part of what we do.

I am looking for someone who thinks strategically, likes building things and wants to actually be involved instead of just giving advice.

RESTRUCTURE is building an execution network for founders who have an idea and initial capital but need the right people, expertise and execution to actually build and scale it.

We're currently building the core team and looking for people who want to take real ownership rather than simply complete assigned tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Build and own RESTRUCTURE's growth and marketing strategy
• Develop our positioning, messaging and acquisition channels
• Build content and social media strategies
• Generate leads and build our founder/client pipeline
• Test and optimize different growth channels
• Work closely with sales, operations and the rest of the core team

What we're looking for

• Strong interest or experience in growth, marketing or startups
• Ability to think strategically and execute independently
• Understanding of social media, content and customer acquisition
• Willingness to experiment and learn quickly
• Strong communication and ownership mindset

You don't necessarily need years of professional experience. I'm more interested in what you can actually build and execute.
