Does anyone have any info on this Maximors in what I think is Vert Yucca? (it’s not currently listed on the website). I had been looking at a Maximors a year ago but I only saw it in neutral shades at the time and came across this picture on the Hermes site in my absolute favorite shade of green! I'm moving from Texas to Chicago next month, and I am desperately looking for a communicative, reliable apartment locator or leasing agent.
I've reached out to condos and apartments directly, 3 different leasing agents, emailed, called, texted, and been ghosted each time, had my application fees taken and heard crickets back, or haven't heard back in weeks.
For context, my husband and I make 400K a year pre-tax; both excellent credit scores, perfect rental history, employment history, etc. I'm not sure what's going on, but I've never had so much trouble getting an apartment.
We're looking for a place ideally 4K a month or less, 1 or 2 bedrooms, near-ish to downtown or at least near the train.
Are there any leasing agents y'all have worked with or would recommend? Likewise, any apartments with good staff that don't take your application fee and run? 🥲
TIA ❤️ I know I got a little bit ranty, and I know that Chicago rentals are a lot more competitive. I've always worked with locators in Houston and they have always been amazing, so this experience has thrown me for a loop.
