When should I start giving fertiliser?

I got a medium sized deliciosa, 2 new thai cons and one aurea (the thai cons are around the size of the aurea in the pic)

Ive never given them anything and just freshly repotted then into aroid mix

Just got 3 new babies (and one mid sized)! Any care tips?

So i got my first deliciosa a month ago from Ikea and it’s doing well with a new leaf popping up. There was a sale so I got 2 baby thai cons and 1 aurea for 35 bucks.

Any tips? Should I repot them with aroid mix? I got my first deliciosa from Ikea and havent repotted them, but I got these 3 from a plant farm so I’m not sure. Plus these have no fenestrations either, so do I give more sunlight?

Any differences in watering? Light? Fertilizer?

For context, my building doesn’t get a lot of light even with a west facing window. Indirect light maybe but direct sunlight only lasts for around 1-2 hours, so I use a 50W grow light for cloudy days.

How fast are plants supposed to grow?

I’ve gotten these new plants in June, so it’s almost been 3 months since I’ve bought them. But they have almost 0 growth

Birds of Paradise: tested different windows, even under the sun directly for 6 hours (leaves ended up curling and browning), growth light, little - lots of water. I can’t seem to figure this one out

Aglaonema: gave it new soil with perlite, but no results.

Palm: some small shoots but they don’t grow.

My friends who got the same plants seem to have more growth and new leaves. I checked there’s also no root rot. Am I doing something wrong?
