My baby sister just started as a first-year student. We are not from the area. She has to work a part-time job at the hospital. Is it safe to walk like 10-15 minutes from York Street back to campus at 10 p.m.-ish? Thank you.
Is the GU bus from Hilltop Campus to Capitol Campus reliable in the morning around 8 am and at noon? Not sure what the best way to commute. Any tips or insights will be appreciated.
With my offer email, it only said the orientation is on Sept 9 and to come to the Senate Building with two IDs. Will they send an onboarding package to start the paperwork? I have emailed them twice, but got zero responses. Maybe people are away on vacation. August is so quiet.
Is anybody in the same situation? I submitted everything one month ago. The background check is still pending, and the start day is June 1. I can't think of any reason I could get rejected.
