I made vegan Brussels sprouts with sweet potato, spinach, onions and rice, tossed in sauce and seasoning. It works beautifully as either a main meal or a side dish. The sauce was Pad Thai stir-fry sauce. Chopped cabbage works as an easy substitute for Brussels sprouts.

There was recent news about RBC now having XRP exposure.
Please see the following news article and there may be also similar news on X too.
The news article is dated May 16, 2026 from coinfomania via cryptonews net. I also show the link from coinfomania below (2nd link) *NFA *DYOR Just sharing information since I follow all Royal Bank of Canada news. I’m invested in an ETF with exposure to RBC in the Canadian market.
*reposted again to show image fr StockAnalysis details about YieldMax ETFs ... link below
This is not about YieldMax ETFs that have no nav erosion issues. ETFs like CHPY, SOXY, BIGY, AMDY, GOOY, GPTY, TSMY, MSST, BRKC ... and many others have continued to demonstrate strong structural integrity . Many investors don't have nav erosion issues even on other YieldMax ETFs not mentioned above since it all depends on entry points, etc.
But if drip is not working to fix the nav decline, there are other options than just selling immediately at a loss. Some of your YieldMax positions may become cash‑flow engines, not an investment you expect to recover. That shift changes the math and the psychology. Hold and Harvest approach .... potentially redirecting years of distributions into stable, growth assets - like lower yield YieldMax ETFs and other similar investments.
For example, when you’re adding $50K to $150K/year into a new asset(s), the future contributions will eventually outweigh the underwater positions. This is exactly the kind of engine that can rebuild capital even while the old positions stagnate. This strategy is clearly paying off for me. The unrealized gain/loss percentages keeps trending upward on my trading platform — and the numbers speak for themselves.

There was an X post from YieldMax ETFs ... 7 minutes ago about $MSTY and $WNTR.
"At the NYSE ETF Central CRTR Summit, @Michael_Khouw, YieldMax Strategist, highlighted how investors can approach both sides of a trade using options-based ETFs.
Using $MSTY and $WNTR as an example tied to $MSTR, he explained how pairing a long income ETF with an inverse income ETF can help generate distributions while also hedging directionally.
This creates a way to express both bullish and bearish views while still generating income.
MSTY - YieldMax® MSTR Option Income Strategy ETF
WNTR - YieldMax® MSTR Short Option Income Strategy ETF" - YieldMax ETFs

X post about the underlying stock Tesla ...... just sharing for tsly investors.
I like cats and this is a cute post. 🐱 Also a TSLY investor for awhile now.💎
MARO ETF is considered a high-risk investment since the 1 year chart shows major nav erosion. Share price has kind of been stable this past month due to the recent positive news on the underlying MARA. I'm currently underwater on my MARO position at approx -58%. $124,000 CDN book cost and I'm down near -$72,000 CDN. Some people might panic seeing this if they were underwater like this, but I'm not fazed since I'm using the weekly distributions to reinvest into more stable, low yield ETFs that are Canadian ETFs since I'm a 🍁 investor.
I started investing in MARO ETF since the beginning of last year & stopped reinvesting into same earlier this year. Since it would take too much outside capital to fix the nav erosion. I did not sell earlier since this is not my only investment in my portfolio. I understand this is at risk of a reverse split in future like some of the other YieldMax ETFs. Based on the 1 month Net Flow chart in my attachment, looks like investors are going back into MARO now since the underlying MARA had positive news releases recently.
I want to know if you think MARO ETF is in recovery mode since share price currently showing some signs of stability? Is anyone adding more shares on dips, turned off drip and redirecting MARO distributions to lower yield investments? Should I continue to keep MARO shares capped or add more shares in future to fix the nav erosion? Please note I deleted yesterday another post about MARO ETF since I did not upload the ETF Database Flow Chart in previous post. Here are additional links MARA news (underlying stock) and MARO sp history:
**unable to upload under r/ETFs the ETF Database chart since the reddit link of original post is under "Link URL" so I add link below from ETF Database.
