Sertaline /zoloft increase

I have complex ptsd which presents with severe anxiety and dissociation every couple months triggers by stress. My recent trip to emergency they saw I was only taking 25mg sertaline amongst other meds and decided to up me to 50mg and I have had the worst 16 days . Worse then before they upped it . Panic attacks chronic dissociation agitation crying horrific . I’m supposed to be getting married in 8 weeks . Has anyone experienced this when upping their dose ? I’m very sensetive to meds it’s been hell . They say it will get better soon . It’s getting about 5 percent better each day … but I had to move home to my parents I’ve been so bad I can’t even look after my daughter thank god for my partner .. anyone please tell me if it can be that bad and any dissociation sufferers I would love to hear from cause that just is hell .

Recurring uti symptoms

For the last two years every couple of weeks I get UTI symptoms where I have lower back pain and a mild temperature. I’m given an antibiotic and it’s usually leukocyte in my urine. When they send off the bacteria to the lab nothing comes back. I’m waiting to see a urologist I suffer with complex PTSD and bad anxiety from that it seems that whenever I get the infection like symptoms my mental symptoms also become worse and I become more anxious. Can anyone else relate to any of the above?
