I would assume the bar would be pretty high when hiring for such a mission, but

1. Malachite is dumb as rocks and he’s supposed to be an engineer
2. Chibuzo is supposed to be a science officer but doesn’t follow basic procedures
3. Zaveri froze multiple times under high pressure situations and she’s second in command

Teng is not incompetent but is clearly a creep. How could he have passed interview?

Is it because of the cost of the mission to everyone’s personal lives, they can’t find any better?

Also, even without the saboteur, Chibuzo screwing up means some specimen would have gotten loose anyway.

PS: I see that this is the wrong sub for me to come discuss these things. I will see myself out.

Has anyone who has upgraded to watchOS 27.2 check if “traditional strength training” has options to track specific exercises, sets and weights (Like Hevy), as has been rumoured a few months ago?

I don’t understand why not-Elon went through so much trouble to recruit Daniel & Helen, abducting them, giving them $1M etc?

Their investigation surely wouldn’t have led them to the Silos themselves, which were physically hours away by plane.

Nor do they seem to have some exceptional skills that the Silos couldn’t do without. Eg they do say Daniel has expertise in infrastructure, but why Helen? The only task they gave her was “you will break the news in 3 years from now”. Surely anyone can do that.
