New to Fable + Reading Challenge

Hi! I recently transferred all my data from Literal to Fable (it wasn’t easy from the Literal side hehe). There were some parameters that didn’t map correctly, but I fixed it all manually after and I’m up to date.

BUT, does anyone know how to manually make books count toward the reading challenge? I was at 23 books read this year, and Fable is only showing 7. 🥲

Any insight is appreciated!

USCIS notifications playing with my heart!

We had the interview for AOS (marriage based) last week on July 9th, and I-130 was approved. But the I-485 pending.

I just got a notification that an action was taken in my case, and when I checked it only changed today to "USCIS Is currently Processing the Case" 😭😂❤️‍🩹

Sounds like it means nothing, just an update. I know they were down for a bit today!

Interview completed! (Venezuela beneficiary)

Hiii. Posting an update here since this community has been super helpful for us, and kept us hopeful!

We had our interview yesterday! It all went super well, and the officer was very nice and professional. He also had on his door written on an acrylic board "Smile :)", and that was nice to see and reassuring!

We were asked a lot of questions about our relationship, from the beginning up until now (we've been together since 2022). And then the yes/no I-485 questions as well. The three consular questions were asked too. It lasted 45 minutes. He said he had everything that he needed, and that in 1-2 months we should be getting a decision or perhaps earlier.

Last night we went to check the portal, and we saw that the I-130 was approved 🎉 there was the approval notice uploaded, and today it showed the status as approved. Now only waiting for the I-485.

FO: Orlando, FL
Filed: May 2025 - Same-sex Marriage
Interview Scheduled: June 4, 2026
Interview Completed: July 9, 2026
I-130 approved on: July 9, 2026
I-485: waiting, hopefully soon 🤞🏼

Wishing everyone here scheduled interviews and approvals! ✨

Passed CAPM today! 🎉

I had my certification test today, and I got AT across all domains. To be honest, the result was surprising since the question and options were in part confusing, for me. I’m happy I passed.

I took only 1 hour and 50 minutes, no break.

I studied for a month. The material I used:

- PMI Study Hall
- Practice Questions for the CAPM exam by Peter Landini

I was scoring 80% average y my practice exams.

My first 5K!

I tried running back in January, and I injured a foot. I also have a bad knee lol. But a little bit more than a month ago I started reading more about form, pace, zones, training methods (Galloway), and started running 🏃🏻‍♂️ and I realized how important it really is to learn how to best run to avoid injury, and start getting your body used to running.

I ran my first 5K last weekend! And even though it wasn’t the best time, I’m so proud I finished it 🙌 because I thought before I wasn’t never gonna be able to do something like this.

Pace: 13:02/mi
Time: 40mins 32s

Interview scheduled

I’m from one of the banned countries (Vzla) and today we got the interview notification. I can’t believe it!!!

This space kept me hopeful, seeing people being scheduled and sharing their stories. And I wanted to do the same!

I know they’re not approving immediately due to the pause, but it’s still a step forward

Filed on May 2025, family based.

I have my CAPM exam next month, and been studying for the last two week using the PMI resources: the practice exam, and the study hall. I've been getting between 73% and 76% so far.

I understand that the exam doesn't have a specific passing score (%), but do you think these scores I'm getting in the practice ones are a good sign? 😅 Thank you!
