Hi professionals,

I have recently joined my father's 6 years old radiator and cooling systems manufracturing business in the UAE and navigating through the below points is getting impossible for me. I need some free/paid advice on the following -

- How do i deal with changing the orthodox ways of working of my father

- I want to start another branch in India. Is it the right step?

- My father is niether ready to give control nor salary (i used to earn good salary as an employee earlier somewhere which i have given up to contribute to this business) what do i do?

and some more generic questions.

A little about me - I am 26 y/o basically from india and have been an employee into HR strategy from 4+ years and did my masters in business from uae and have been working passively with my dad for 6 years. Joined in person 1 month back and we are already having alot of differences.

Is it really difficult to find a pal to just flush out your daily work progress or difficulties you face throughout your journey as a new entrepreneur?

Well im fairly new to this city and there are a thousand of thoughts that jumps through my head every time i step out or take a moment to breath out of work.

I tried connecting with folks on reddit to talk but obviously this isnt the right platform. How do i find the right person/people who wouldnt talk weird or ask to meet up. How is it that no one has similar thought of connecting js for the sake of talking like a human diary.

Hi, I am new in the UAE and currently looking for physio therapy at concessional cost for someone I know. I have tried some clinics but they charge above 250 AED for in clinic.

Can anyone suggest if there are any centers that can provide sessions below 100 AED or free sessions for elderly?

Also looking to make friends as I have so many things to discover and need help navigating :)
