Unsure about body fat (M23, 180cm, 80kg)

Hey! What do you guys reckon is my current body fat?

To me it looks like something at around 25% body fat. But I asked Ai models with the same pictures and it guessed at 16-19%, which feels to low. So I also used my caliper and also a measuring tape.

Chest 14mm, belly 23mm, thighs 26mm

This guessed it at 17,8%

Neck circumference 38 and belly 89

This guessed it at 19%

So basically I have 3 sources which says it’s at that range, but my gut still feels like it’s higher. Not sure if I did caliper right, I never know where at the chest

Maybe you guys can help me

btw toplane still superior to midlane imo, i hate getting perma 3 man ganked mid and my jungle flaming me why i dont help him at the Ivl 2 invade. Maybe its a me probem tho

Play felt nice, nothing flashy but good spacing

Zaahen was a bit tilted from early game as u see lmao, game was quite a 1v9 (everyone 0/2 in laning and i moved to jungle with bad wave and we didnt even get Lee :/)

Is my tier list inflated?

All of the monsters I found in Europe. I feel like my list is inflated but they taste so damn good. Sadly I only drink zero ones so I only have a small range of variety on the daily basis.

All the us imports I could only try once so I’m not sure if I liked them because of excitement or not lmao

Liminal Coil Blood Mage

Hey guys!

Just uploaded my first guide to a build.

Pretty basic Liminal Coil build but close to maxed out. Wanted to do liminal coil this league at all costs, early league there werent many guides out there, so I had to try myself to find something to work on, with help from Reddit and getting ideas from other people through Poeninja

The main mechanic is to curse enemies with blasphemy + 2 manual cast curses for single target, to increase damage and clear im using another CoC amulet with comet and living Bomb. Other than that’s it’s just QoL and raw damage stacking.

Overall I think Liminal Coil is really fun to use even tho it’s so simple, it’s also very fps friendly.

To get a good foundation to work on, it was quite pricey especially early league, other than that the upgrades are quite simple.

Clear 8/10 - It’s easy and also reliant at clearing, the downsides tho are speed and that you kinda have to aim

Bossing 6/10 - Also very easy to use but the damage is lacking so it takes some seconds to the kill the boss, it gets the job done but there are many different faster builds out there.

It’s a decent but unique build imo and so far this was a fun league, need 80% for 100 and then the league is done for me.

Appreciate every advice about the video itself because this is the first time in 9 years of doing another YouTube video, this time not in Minecraft and also in another language lmao

Is it planned to support European cards in the future?

Hey!

I mostly collect German cards and I love the app and also be using it for years. I mostly track my stuff with the English cards, which leads to false prices, especially with sealed stuff.

I guess it ain’t easy because there isn’t a real api to pull German/European prices.

Is there any idea and plan to introduce such feature in the near future?
