Ps1 ntsc games in ps2 pal
I'm playing PS1 NTSC games on my modded PS2 (it has a stealth modchip).
The issue: PS1 NTSC games always have a black bar at the bottom / off-center screen.
PS2 NTSC games work fine and fill the entire screen normally.
How can I fix this vertical screen offset/black bar for PS1 games? Do I need to patch the .bin image, adjust video modes, or is there a specific fix for this?

unused songs (loadscreen) in MC3
What's the easiest way to add unused songs to MC3 loading screens? I have them all in RAW format. If I put them all in the "assets\audio\loadscreen" folder and name them with numbers 19, 20, 21... will that work?

I see some people prefer Need for Speed Underground 2 or Most Wanted over Midnight Club 3. What makes them prefer that?
In my opinion, MC3 is the best racing game in PS2/Xbox history.

Looking for Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition Remix DVD5
I am looking for the old DVD5 (Single-Layer) version of Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix for the PS2, which used to be sold on non-original/copied discs.
Since the official game is a DVD9 (Dual-Layer), this specific copied version had its files ripped or downsampled to fit on a DVD5 disc.

Memory Card Help
I have this original Japanese PS2 memory card, and I've noticed that it's relatively slower when loading save files in the browser compared to my other memory cards (even though I own another official Japanese one that is exactly the same but reads faster). Also, I noticed that the shell feels slightly thicker or "bloated" right in the middle.
Is this slow performance normal for this specific revision?
