Can 50,000 Shreks defeat the most powerful warship in the world, which is now being piloted by 500 John Wicks?

There is a 300 yard stretch of ocean with standard waves. On one side of the ocean, there is a USS Gerald R. Ford, fully stocked with fuel and ammunition, and equipped with all its standard weaponry aside from the aircraft. The crew of the ship consists of 500 clones of John Wick. Each John Wick is equipped with a Katana. In the cockpit of the ship, there is a big red button. If the button is pressed, the ship explodes. It is the crew’s job to defend this button. On the other side of the 300 yard strip of ocean, there is a fleet of 50000 Shrek clones. Each Shrek is on a standard small motorized fishing boat, and is equipped with only a hunting knife. All of the Shreks are button-lusted, and must sail over to the ship and press the button, with no regard for their life or the life of others. With that being said, the Shreks are still sentient and can cooperate and formulate plans to achieve their goal. Can the Shrek navy destroy the ship?

18M, looking to make my first solo trip., Is Washington D.C. a good fit based on the following criteria?

Hello, travelers.

I'm 18, from Chicago, looking to make my first solo trip. Here's some criteria:

\- I'm looking to keep my budget around $1000 (Preferably lower, but higher is fine if needed)

\- Looking to stay somewhere for 3-5 days.

\- My top interests are history, sports, animals, and paleontology. I can find a lot of enjoyment in nearly anything revolving around these hobbies.

\- Obviously, I'm traveling SOLO. Don't really have anybody that would go with me anyway.

\- Not sure just when exactly I would make the trip, but looking to do so soon.

\- This criteria led me to Washington D.C. as my top candidate. Supposedly the best natural history museum in the country. Seeing the African-American history museum would be a great experience for me. And obviously all the other historical significance of the city. Would definitely be a great experience for me. Just wanted some thoughts. Any input is greatly appreciated.

25 million to survive 1 year in a random historical place.

You, at this moment, will be dropped into any random place at any point in time throughout human history (Yes, this includes humans of the Paleocene). You are guaranteed to spawn within some group of 5+ humans, you won’t just be dropped into the middle of the wilderness on your own (And no, the immediate witnesses of your spawning won’t question why you’re there. They will view you as just another person.) The only things you have are the clothes on your back and the equivalent of $300 USD in your time period and place. If you are in a time/place that uses a bartering system, you will be given the equivalent of $300 in high demand items. If you spawn in a time/place before either, then you are given nothing. Sorry. Your only objective is to survive for a year. Time will be stopped in your present life, so no need to worry about that. Additionally, your actions in the past that you are in will have no impact on the future. If you survive, you are transported back to where you currently are with $20 million USD (or the equivalent in your currency) in your bank account, clean and tax-free. Do you accept?

Follow-Up Question: Does your answer change if you could only spawn someplace in 0 AD on? What about 1000 AD on?
