would drivers take a job with set time and be back at a set address by a certain time and then they dont pick jobs but sytem does and paid per hour.

I know going agains huge companies is crazy but what do you think of this idea if a new app would open. you put in time you want to work until and either put in a radius or anywher you get points for anywhere. and you put in place of return and system has buffer time not to be back late so you are set paid and sytem can send where your needed you are paaid per hour. you can later change but if cancel to close to return then paid time till end of final delivery but normaly paid till time shift ends at place you want. you dont pick trips. some basic customizations but the more open you are more points which leads to bonus or higher salary. also we will pay amount avarage person made from tips for doing your amount of hours so you dont loose from driving far. also there will be internal points sytem that best you do for what you are given higher level you go and also for amount of hours and time in buissness you go higher getti ng paid per hour. Point is its set but still gives some space. giving respect the drivers deserve while best utiliztion for the buissness. Would you honestly join? I dont have a buissness just thinking....
