Flea Market Pick Up

Found this cool knife at the flea. Got it for $3. Didn’t know what the weird tool was, figured out it was a divot tool for a variation of golfer/caddy model. Having trouble finding dates on this version with the retractable pen vs removable pen. Anyone have further details?
