I've got 98.51%ile and am looking forward to join dj.

To be specific, i want to join the IT dept which closed at 98.09 last year in spot and 98.08 something in ILS.
Can I expect to get in this year with 98.51? How sure can I be about it?
Hello. I have a 93xx rank in MET and it seems I have a chance of securing an EEE seat in the main campus. Also I have given MHT-CET and have a near 98%ile score which will fetch me CS in a decent tier 3 college (NOTE: Not in VJTI, COEP, SPIT). The problem is the tier 3 colleges I'm talking about are 2 hours from my house. I'm sure the travel will drain me out and the idea scares me. Also my family is against MITM eee, reason being that tier 3 CS has better ROI than it (less fees, same avg/median).
The last day to apply for counselling round 2 is tomorrow and I'm really confused and would appreciate some insight on what to do.

The last date for filling the admission form was 5th may and today's 6th, I was totally unaware of it and am regretting not seeing it before. I've got 83%ile in jee. Will i still be able to take admission with jee? If I call them tomorrow are there chances they still take my application?
