Hello, has anybody else ordered from Shopee items coming from Indonesia?
I placed an order last June 5, and the last update on the item was on June 7. There haven’t been any updates since then.
Usually, I don’t worry too much when my orders don’t arrive within the expected delivery date because I assume they’ll eventually get cancelled and refunded. However, for this item, the expected delivery date just keeps moving to the next day.
I tried contacting customer service, but they only gave me a case number for follow-up and there hasn’t been any change in the order status.
Do orders from Indonesia usually take this long? How long should I wait?
