Pricing help

I'm looking at a 2002 excursion for a project/parts donor. A lean to fell over and dented the roof in. It's a 7.3 with 170k miles. Seller wouldn't give me a price, but said someone else offered her 5k and that was "too low".

What is a fair price? It seems ridiculously high to me given that it has a salvage title, but maybe it's just because it's a 7.3? IDK. The frame is good and the rockers aren't rusted. What would you offer? Or should I try to find one at an auction instead?

Chia seeds, flax seeds, and hemp hearts - are these safe to eat regularly?

Hi everyone, I've seen a lot of videos recently about chia/flax/hemp being estrogenic and contributing to cancer risk, particularly breast and prostate cancer.

So, does anyone in here have any input? Are these safe to consume regularly? I've been putting 2-4 TB of each in a smoothie about 3-4x a week for a while now 😬

What to do when you fell for crappy laundry detergent?

So, I admit, the title is maybe a touch dramatic.

Anyway, I fell for the crappy marketing and bought some "non toxic" laundry detergents... Clean people laundry sheets, Molly's suds "active", and Blueland laundry tablets. They don't clean. At first they actually seemed fine, but I now think that was Tide build up, and now my clothes come out smelling like I've basically washed them in water. Also smell weirdly oily?

Is there anything I can use in conjunction with any of these 3 detergents so they 1. Clean and 2. I don't throw them away? I really don't want to waste what I already purchased, but I don't know what to do with them. Please help!

Shampoo for thin/oily hair

Hey everyone I posted this in another group, but posting here too in case anyone here can help as well. ,

I'm looking for a non toxic/crunchy shampoo that is great for thin/oily hair. I've had 2 back to back pregnancies - and also currently pregnant again 😅 - and my hair is very thin now while it's growing back. Thanks for any help!

Prenatal vitamins, what brand do you like?

Just what the title says. I'm wondering what everyone takes and likes.

Here's mine: I used to take megafood baby & me 2, but I recently switched to Seeking Health Optimal Prenatal and I feel better since starting ir, although I do wish the amount of folate was higher.

Megafood's is much higher even though it's a cheaper supplement which I find a bit odd.

Diapers - where are you getting them and which brand do you use?

So I've recently felt compelled to no longer order from Amazon, unfortunately that's where I was getting most of my baby stuff...diapers, honest baby wipes, rash ointment, etc... Lately my feed has been full of how bad the counterfeit problem is and so now I'm worried I've been putting fake things with who knows what chemicals on myself and my kids.

So, my question, what crunchy or crunchy ish diaper brand does everyone like? And where do you order them?

I was using Huggies but I've seen recently those apparently aren't good diapers either. Thanks for any help!

6 speed transmission recall

So I saw that ~1.4 million f150s are getting recalled because of a problem with the 6 spd transmission. I have a 2015 expedition with the 6 spd and I'm shocked it's not part of the recall. Anyone know why? Really concerning that it might suddenly downshift at highway speeds since I use this SUV to haul around my kids.

Clothing fabric thoughts - Rayon? Tencel? Modal?

Just what the title says. Are these fabrics that need to be avoided? (like polyester) Or are they OK? I'm reading lots of conflicting things online. Thanks :-)

Hey everyone. So I'm looking for a somewhat specific kind of product.

I've been using Christopher's Beauty Facial Cream every morning and my skin is LOVING it. Unfortunately, I need to discontinue it because it has comfrey root and we're actively TTC.

Soooo hive mind of crunchy moms - do any of you know of a similar facial moisturizer? I'd love another olive oil / aloe/ beeswax based one, if possible.
