iPhone 17 and Bluetooth
Hi. I have recently bought an iPhone 17 and been having a problem with it when making phone calls with any Bluetooth headset(AirPods pro and Sony noise cancelling headphones). When I’m outside, I can play music and hear the audio being played but once I make a phone call using my network or WhatsApp, the Bluetooth won’t connect and it switches to the iPhone audio straight away. I have tried resetting my network and reconnecting my AirPods etc to no avail. What puzzles me is if I’m indoors it works and I can hear the phone call through the Bluetooth device(AirPods). Please help if anyone has had the same experience with me. I would take it in the apple shop, but you can see my dilemma being able to show it not working because once indoors it works fine.
