As described above I'm looking for a referral for a realtor. Specifically; one that has lived in Chatham for several years and is knowledgeable with the area and its nuances.
I appreciate the referrals.
My first experience making jam was with wild blueberries. Everything turned out perfect. The consistency was perfect, tasted great and jars were sealed.
Recently I picked some local strawberries. Mom and dad had some rhubarb so I decided to make some strawberry rhubarb jam.
I followed everything to plan but the jam didn't set.
After some thought it occurred to me that the rhubarb probably released a whole lot of liquid when it was cooking, hence it was runny and didn't set.
A couple days later I tried again and tried to salvage the jam that was previously runny. I decided to reduce the jam to make it less runny, which worked. Added pectin and the jam set.
I tried it after cooling and the jam has a gummy texture, unlike the consistency of a jam or jelly.
Basically I'm trying to trouble shoot for my next batches as I have strawberries and rhubarb remaining. My thought process is to cook down the strawberries and rhubarb before I add sugar and pectin to reduce the water content. Then add sugar and pectin to set.
Is my thought process correct? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I live overseas for 6 months at a time and I need a provider and plan that will allow me to access my 2fa while overseas. I was considering freedom but apparently they could terminate after 3 months based on their discrepancy. I'm looking for a consistent and solid provider that won't change its minds half through my stay overseas. I'm willing to pay for consistency just so I can access my accounts while abroad. Any thoughts on providers who can fulfill my needs?

I need some clarification from the group.

I'm planning to switch to freedom in light of their international calling features specifically being able to access text messaging for 2fa.
​
I stopped by a brick and mortar store and explained my situation being away from Canada for 6 consecutive months in South America. I was informed by the csr after 3 months overseas my account would be suspended since the system would know that I was using another provider's system for roaming. I asked if there was a work-around for this and she directed me to the customer support number.

I called the number and the gentleman explained that as long as billing was still occurring it would not suspend or terminate the account and I would still have access to 2fa.
​
As you can see I'm not sure what to believe, hence my question to the group. Has anyone else been in the same boat and could you please clarify what the actual practice is?
