I have a FAANG background in OPs but no coding. I am looking to build and deploy a app/website that will pull data daily making it a one stop place for my users (not trying to go to in depth)
I've looked at base44 but are there other and better options I should be looking into?

Hey everyone, I’m in my 20s and recently started a new career where my retirement is through a pension instead of a 401(k), so I can’t roll my old 401(k) into my new employer’s plan. I have about $86,600 in my old Fidelity 401(k), currently invested mostly in an S&P 500 index fund, with international, small-cap, and mid-cap funds, plus a small amount of company stock. Overall it’s up about 16%. I’m trying to decide what to do with it now. Should I leave it where it is, roll it into a Traditional IRA, or convert it into a Roth IRA? I know converting the full balance to a Roth would create a pretty significant tax bill, but I’m wondering if it’s worth it since I have a long investment horizon. My goal is to be as aggressive as reasonably possible because I won’t be touching this money for decades. Would it make more sense to roll it into a Traditional IRA and do Roth conversions over time? If you were in your 20s in my situation, what would you do, and what investment allocation would you choose? Any advice or things I should consider would be greatly appreciated.
