ATK RS7 V2 Ultra vs GravaStar Mercury V75 Pro

Hi everyone!

I'm looking to buy a new keyboard, mainly for FPS games, and I've narrowed it down to two options:

  • ATK RS7 V2 Ultra 75% — $169
  • GravaStar Mercury V75 Pro HE 75% — $134

To be honest, I'm not very familiar with either ATK or GravaStar. I came across these two models while looking for Hall Effect keyboards, and they caught my attention because both are available in my region (South America) at what seems like a pretty good price.

I'm mainly interested in competitive FPS, but I'd also like something that feels good for everyday use.

Is the extra $35 for the ATK RS7 V2 Ultra worth it, or would you go with the GravaStar Mercury V75 Pro and save the money?

I'm also open to suggestions for other keyboards, so feel free to recommend alternatives. I'd just need to check whether they're available in my region at a reasonable price. (I've heard Keychron is awesome, but they're very overpriced in my country)

Looking for a durable and reliable FPS mouse under $110

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for a new gaming mouse primarily for FPS games, with a budget of around $110 USD. My main priorities are durability, reliability, and good FPS performance. I'd especially like something that won't develop issues with the scroll wheel or side buttons over time.

My last mouse was a Logitech G Pro X Superlight, and overall I was very happy with it. The shape and weight worked really well for me, but unfortunately the side buttons and scroll wheel eventually started having problems, which is the main reason I'm looking for something new.

I've been looking at Pulsar, but I don't know the brand very well and I've seen pretty mixed opinions about their QC/reliability.

The models that caught my attention are:

  • Pulsar X2N CrazyLight
  • Pulsar X2H CrazyLight
  • Pulsar X3 CrazyLight

I'm not really sure what the practical differences are between these shapes, or whether one is clearly better than the others for FPS. I'd also appreciate some advice on which one would make the most sense coming from a GPX Superlight.

I'm not necessarily set on Pulsar, though. I'm completely open to other brands/models if there's something around $110 that you'd consider a better choice, especially if it's known for being reliable and durable.

Which RX 9070 XT AIB models would you recommend or avoid?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to buy an RX 9070 XT and these are the models currently available to me. The prices are from South America:

  • ASRock Radeon RX 9070 XT Challenger — $808
  • Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC — $808
  • XFX Swift Radeon RX 9070 XT Triple Fan Gaming Edition — $812
  • ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9070 XT OC Edition — $835
  • ASRock Radeon RX 9070 XT Steel Legend — $839
  • Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 9070 XT — $865
  • Gigabyte AORUS Radeon RX 9070 XT Elite — $899

I'd really appreciate some opinions from people who have experience with these models.

Are there any of these that you would recommend, or any that I should avoid? I'm particularly interested in things like cooling performance, noise levels, build quality, coil whine, and overall reliability.

Considering the prices above, which one would you personally choose?

Thanks!

RTX 5070 or RX 9070 XT? Performance vs. long-term reliability

I'm trying to decide between an RX 9070 XT (around $770) and an RTX 5070 (around $675 for a dual-fan model or $700 for a triple-fan model). (Prices from South America)

My PC is mainly for gaming. Right now I'm playing at 1080p, but I may upgrade to 1440p in the future.

From the benchmarks I've seen, the RX 9070 XT seems noticeably faster, sometimes even competing with the RTX 5070 Ti, which makes it look like the better value in terms of raw performance.

However, my biggest concern isn't just performance, it's also long-term reliability and overall user experience.

I've seen a lot of reports over the years about AMD GPUs having driver issues, random crashes, game compatibility problems, or other bugs. I also know that AMD drivers have improved a lot recently, but it's hard to tell whether those older complaints are still relevant or if the reputation just stuck around.

I've only owned NVIDIA GPUs before, and they've been pretty much trouble-free for me, so I've never had any firsthand experience with AMD.

For those of you who have used recent AMD cards (especially the RX 9070 XT), would you say they're now just as reliable as NVIDIA for day-to-day gaming? Or do you still encounter enough driver or compatibility issues that it would be worth sacrificing some performance and going with the RTX 5070 instead?

I'm also curious about FSR vs. DLSS. I know DLSS is generally considered the better upscaling technology, but is the difference actually noticeable in real-world gaming, especially at 1080p and 1440p? Is DLSS still a significant advantage, or has FSR improved enough that it's no longer a major factor when choosing between these GPUs?
