Hey everyone, I’m ordering a shadow 2 carry tomorrow at my lgs. I traded my p365 legion build in originally to grab a 2011 but when I was at the shop the guy I work with grabbed a s2c. As dead set as I was on a 2011 with their triggers and reset, the shadow 2 felt like it was made for my hands. My question is, coming from the striker fired world to now switching to da/sa and the Cz platform altogether, is there anything I should do with it when it arrives? I’ve looked at new grips from vytal as well as base pads but I know those are pretty much just aesthetics. Is there anything that needs to be done performance/parts wise?

Recently picked up a legion and sold the slide assembly to go with a radian setup. Curious to get input on those who’ve used both, I’m debating on selling the radian for what I paid for it to go back to the legion slide. Since I’m a legion member I can just buy the slide from sig. Just wanted to get some insight before I made a decision.

Hey everyone, im trading my cr920xp in to my LGS tomorrow to go back to sig. I have the option to go with either an xmacro legion or build one with a radian on an Icarus frame. Cost wise, it’s damn near identical, give or take a few bucks. I’ve shot the standard macro comp in the past on the polymer frame and loved it. Just curious to get input on which you guys would go with. The legion offers the convenience of it being good right out of the box and I’ve always wanted one for some reason. The radian seems to be a great option as well so I’m torn between the two.

As the title says, I’m kind of in a rut and need a good rec. looking at either starting the dark tower series from Stephen king or king sorrow by Joe hill. Also considering Carrie, misery, or other older king novels (I’ve read it, the stand, Christine, desperation, the outsider, Salems lot (my favorite book of all time), the shining, pet semetary, and doctor sleep). I’ve heard great things about both the dark tower as well as king sorrow. Just finished the lost world by Michael Crichton so I want to get back into king and hill.

Trying to decide if it’s worth swapping my trigger out of my cr920xp. I don’t mind the trigger but it starts to chew my finger up after a while at the range. I’ve heard good things about tactical pontoon but I’ve also heard that shadows can be picky when swapping stuff out. Does anyone have an aftermarket trigger in their cr without issue or do I just grow a pair of nuts and deal with the factory trigger lol?

Anybody got input on the dynamic advantage backstrap for an m&p 2.0? Looking at those as well as mischief machine. This is for edc and I know there’s different textures from both companies. Figured I’d check here before grabbing one. Thanks!

Just finished stolen tongues, wasn’t blown away by it. Could’ve easily been kept as a creepy pasta story in my opinion. I’m trying to decide between the terror by Dan Simmons or the exorcist for my next read. I’m also open to other recommendations as well but those two were next on my tbr list.

Got an axg Icarus grip today and I’m tossing the idea around of getting different grips from lok. Considering the fde to do a black and tan style setup with an fde eps carry. Wasn’t sure if anyone’s got other color grips that I can take a look at.

Recently made a deal for an Icarus metal grip but I’m debating on posting it for trade for a mm gen 2 grip. Anyone used both that would have input on whether or not it’d be worth it to let go of the Icarus? I do like the 1911 style grip of the mm but the Icarus is nice too.

Hey everyone, just curious to see if anyone’s got some input from using either the wingman flex from qvo tactical or the Apollo from hellhound holsters? I’m looking to get one for my xmacro build but wanted to see if I can get opinions before grabbing one. For reference, I’m 6 foot 1 and 240 pounds. I don’t have a beer belly but I’m also not rocking a six pack so I’m hoping for something that won’t stick into my extra padding 😂
