Just wanted to check if anyone’s got a black cr920xp barrel/comp they’d wanna swap for my bronze one? About to grab a tactical pontoon trigger and don’t think the bronze would look good with the trigger I’m trying to grab. This has zero rounds through it currently.
As the title says, I’m kind of in a rut and need a good rec. looking at either starting the dark tower series from Stephen king or king sorrow by Joe hill. Also considering Carrie, misery, or other older king novels (I’ve read it, the stand, Christine, desperation, the outsider, Salems lot (my favorite book of all time), the shining, pet semetary, and doctor sleep). I’ve heard great things about both the dark tower as well as king sorrow. Just finished the lost world by Michael Crichton so I want to get back into king and hill.
Trying to decide if it’s worth swapping my trigger out of my cr920xp. I don’t mind the trigger but it starts to chew my finger up after a while at the range. I’ve heard good things about tactical pontoon but I’ve also heard that shadows can be picky when swapping stuff out. Does anyone have an aftermarket trigger in their cr without issue or do I just grow a pair of nuts and deal with the factory trigger lol?
Anybody got input on the dynamic advantage backstrap for an m&p 2.0? Looking at those as well as mischief machine. This is for edc and I know there’s different textures from both companies. Figured I’d check here before grabbing one. Thanks!
Hey everyone, I used to have a carry comp polymer that I traded without even shooting (dumb decision on my part) but I’m now in a position where I can get another. My question is do I go with a carry comp or a standard compact 2.0? It’ll be for home defense as well as edc. I currently have an xmacro but I’ve always felt like m&p’s were the best feeling handguns to me so I’m going to keep both for now. Just trying to decide if the 200 ish dollar difference is worth it. Just finished stolen tongues, wasn’t blown away by it. Could’ve easily been kept as a creepy pasta story in my opinion. I’m trying to decide between the terror by Dan Simmons or the exorcist for my next read. I’m also open to other recommendations as well but those two were next on my tbr list.
Got an axg Icarus grip today and I’m tossing the idea around of getting different grips from lok. Considering the fde to do a black and tan style setup with an fde eps carry. Wasn’t sure if anyone’s got other color grips that I can take a look at.
Ended up with this new Icarus ace grip but I’ve got the Icarus axg module coming this week. Trying to decide if I wanna sell this one for a fair price. Anyone got the Icarus axg and got input on which one may be better? I’m leaving toward the axg model but always down to have input.
Not sure if the mounting screws for my sig loc Romeo x compact are stripped or if I just need to hit it harder with my purse but I’m losing my mind. Anyone got input on how I can get them to break loose? Supposed to be selling the optic but I can’t get these damn screws to break loose at all lol. Considering taking a soldering iron tomorrow and heating them up but not sure if that’s a good idea.
Recently made a deal for an Icarus metal grip but I’m debating on posting it for trade for a mm gen 2 grip. Anyone used both that would have input on whether or not it’d be worth it to let go of the Icarus? I do like the 1911 style grip of the mm but the Icarus is nice too.
Hey everyone, just curious to see if anyone’s got some input from using either the wingman flex from qvo tactical or the Apollo from hellhound holsters? I’m looking to get one for my xmacro build but wanted to see if I can get opinions before grabbing one. For reference, I’m 6 foot 1 and 240 pounds. I don’t have a beer belly but I’m also not rocking a six pack so I’m hoping for something that won’t stick into my extra padding 😂
