Hi guys I really really need help finding leads. If you know how, I'm actl begging for any help or advice.

I've searched for at least 50h+ (manually) on facebook and IG but cannot find enough coaches who fall in my ICP. most of the profiles I can find are unqualified or too little followers...

ICP Finance coaches on Instagram with 10-500k followers who want more clients (and they have a conversion issue) -- is the TAM too small? I have a friend whose ICP is health coaches doing the same thing and he's on track to hitting 100k/mo this year...

I really don't know what's wrong with me and my partner and I are completely f*cking clueless...

We have the capacity to hire someone who can generate qualified leads reliably.

Recently a post I made on integrating claude into our workflow and it got 400k+ views and tons of people (like 20-30+) wanting help implementing this in their business.

Currently the plan is to sell offer restructuring, build out the conversion system and help train closers to generate customers for my clients.

I've just only started this business last month and have serviced 2 clients but they are not in my exact ICP (finance coaches on Ig with 30-100k followers selling something with conversion+offer problems) cuz they only have only a few hundred followers and I didn't sell them our full high-ticket service so we have almost zero proof of concept this service 100% works and have yet to convince ourselves)...

Btw when I say "us" it's my business partner and I.

I understand both fields (marketing and claude) almost equally because I've just only learnt marketing (I've got a lot of experience copywriting) and have been actively using claude but it feels like there is less obvious demand because I cannot seem to find any people who actively want/need my service where they SHOULD intuitively be...?

I don't know if I should pivot to doing AI stuff just cuz there's a sudden surge in "deamnd" which I might be mistaking for people actually needing the service, because it feels like this is a new shiny object I'm chasing and it might just be my emotions speaking cuz we just went viral.

What should I do?
