A few weeks ago I spoke to my lawyer and she said that there's nothing we can do but wait for the judge - that is waiting the CC - that is waiting the European Union Court.

I don't know what to do. Waiting more up to 2 years for a maybe is disgusting. I'm hopeless because I see a lot of people getting recognized with strong evidence that they already were trying to get an appointment - in my case I have an email conversation with my consolato about getting one and also Prenotami screenshots before the decree.

I've asked AI if there is any mechanism that my lawyer could trigger to make the judge reconsider the suspension decision and the answer is yes but the result could be either bad or good in my case, so it depends.

I know I should trust my lawyer and blablabla but is a little bit hard to get her attention because she has a lot of cases to handle - and yes, she already have all evidences I mentioned. I just feel she could get deep into my evidences to give me a proper plan rather than saying "let's just wait on him that is waiting the CC that is waiting the CGUE" lol

It’s been a month since I have been using LineageOS on my Poco F6 Pro (SD 8 Gen 2), and the device itself runs pretty well. I just unlocked the bootloader and rooted it. Now I have no bloatware.

However, I mainly use this phone for gaming and emulation, and I was wondering if there are any advantages to using the official ROM because of the Game app and possibly a better hardware-software integration. Am I right?

My main concern right now is to avoid thermal throttling and get better CPU/GPU clocks.

Tem alguem que já fez isso aqui? Ultimamente no LinkedIn tem várias empresas publicando vagas sobre isso - algumas são transparentes desde o começo, e outras te enganam prometendo ser uma vaga "real".

Pra quem não tá ligado é literalmente o que tá no título: você vai ser pago (ou não) pra vender suas informações julgando subjetivamente a decisão de uma IA. Algumas "vagas" prometem $150/usd/h trabalhando até 20h por semana - uma grana super gorda.

Geralmente anunciam como um trabalho diferente, fora da curva com processo seletivo rápido e objetivo. Alguns "recrutadores" podem te abordar com esse mesmo pitch - aconteceu comigo.

Alguém já fez isso? Ou faz? Isso me cheira calote.

Just sharing my experience. I filed a couple of months after the infamous DL, and just a day after my hearing, a judge from Catanzaro decided to suspend it in order to wait for the CC's decision on June 9th. He didn't deny it outright, which is a good, I think.

Edit: Judge is Rocco Sciarrone and the italian is my GGF, I filed on July 2025.
