Shops with Ingredients

I just realized that shops with ingredients respawn after you rest. Remember all this equipment you have and love, but can not upgrade because all those Vithrack Brains (or gems) are nowhere to be found until late stage of the game? Apparently not any more.

I just rest at Caed Nua and fast travel to Ondra's Gift in Defiance Bay, both Cartugo and that Shady Gem guy have their inventory restocked.

Follower's Unique Equipment

The longer I play, the more I notice how some of the equipment which your companions wear is actually great.

For example, I almost always sold "Aloth's Leather Armor", but now I realized that it's 10% AoE effect is actually great, since it frees your ring slot, and you can always enchant it with desirable effect (INT/DEX), making it one of the best armor equipment (IMO).

"Durance's Robe". Since Durance suffer from low DEX (Which he REALLY needs), robes are the only suitable equipment he can wear without hampering him further. You can give it DEX enchantment which again frees one of his equipment slots IN ADDITION having unique CON bonus as a default. The only time I replace his robe is once I get to White March and can buy "Raiment of Wael's Eyes".

"Durance's Staff" has unique Crush/Burn Damage effect which is great. Just give it a "Quality" enchantment and it will serve you for a very long time.

Is there is anything else you think should be mentioned?

Edit: Ok, just realized "Durance's Robe" can not be further enchant to give DEX/INT bonuss, since CON already considered as one. Which makes it basically worthless now.

My God is stronger.

I have no idea why, but for some reason each time Durance shots down Berathian Priest in Raedric's Hold, I immediately have this quote from "Conan" in my head, and start laughing like an idiot.

Eder Suggestions

I am trying to like this guy, but all builds that I tried kind of disappointing. Do not want to use him as a tank, since fighters are much better when DPSing (and I'd rather have Chanter Tanking), tried 2H Sword build, but fighter's "Knock Down" benefit too much from full attack.

I saw a lot of people recommend Sabres, but those weapons are used by my main character. So what are other good combinations? Daggers and Rapiers look weird on Eder (especially when wearing heavy armor) so I decided to skip them. I was thinking about Battle Axes and Swords. Are they fun/good pick? Also "Shame or Glory" is reserved by Pallegina, since marking is great with her class ability.

I'd really like to hear expert's opinions.

Heroes III Remake this is so bad...

No way anyone can convince me this was made by a real people and not by AI.

But for God's sake, does Ubisoft AT LEAST have a quality control or something?

Why the hell centaur stables were replaced with a fucking windows? Has anyone at Ubisoft at least thought about checking what AI generates?

Followers and Found Schematics

Can my followers learn Schematics? I know that UAP allow followers to craft default stuff, but is there a way to teach them to learn Schematics that I can buy in stores? I just can not see any buttons to make Virgil read one.

Disintegrate Spell is Bugged (Confirmed)

For people like me who wanted to RP Octavia as a default Transmutation blaster, but was worrying about Disintegrate spell.

I read in some threads that people claimed "Disintegrate" destroy loot, even thou description say "A disintegrated creature’s equipment is unaffected". Now I decided to finally test it myself and the results are bad...

First Screen show normal death, and the second one is from "Disintegrate" spell.

I don't think I need to tell anything else...

I am playing one hander Sword Saint and decided to try Regongar in my party as a Two Hander. To my surprise Eldritch Scion + Dragon Disciple (4 levels) + Power Attack give Reg so much STR and damage, that Spell Combat on my Sword Saint looks bleak. I realized that Spell Strike works much better as a surgical ability (+ Reg increases "Shocking Grasp" damage with every level), rather than Touch of Fatigue + Spell Combat as a passive. Now I understand what people meant when they suggested Two Handed weapons on Magus.

But now I have another dilemma. What type of weapon to use on him? I was planing to focus on Falchions (for 18-20 base crit), but most of them are not so great, except maybe for Axiomatic Flaming Falchion +2. But +2 and Flaming (which Magus can make any weapon for free) sounds just bad... Next I was looking at Greataxe "Capital Punishment", which does looks promising (+5 and Axiomatic, which Reg can benefit from), but at the same time it is also Keen, which I care not for...

Any pros who can give me a sage advice? Also now I regret Owlcats didn't included Two Handed Magus Archetype...

Edit: I realized that "Bane of the Living" (Elven Curve Blade) might be the best option here. I forgot that Maguses do have Bane ability (which removes a lot of weapons from this list), and 18-20/15-20 base crit (with Keen from Magus Ability) makes it perfect for Arcane Strike and Harm proc from weapon itself.

I have completed this game several times already, and each time I kept her Heavy Crossbow following Enchantment School route. But this time I decided that I really want her to shine.

I was thinking about melee, but the problem is that she have only 8 STR, and DEX builds are too feat demanding with final result not really worth it. Not to mention I also need feat for Enchantment school.

Next I was thinking to give her Composite Shortbow (yes, Shortbow. I don't want my followers to have same weapons), since bards can use it. And again, her STR is only 8 in addition her small size decrease 1d6 to 1d4 - 1, which is horrible.

Is there really a way to make her viable without using crossbows?
