piercing bump
how do i get rid of this bump? it looks like it’s embedding but im not sure if it is or it’s just a bump. any help or advice would be appreciated i love this piercing and don’t want to have to take it out 😭😭
for mods: piercing is around 3 months old, double helix pierced at the same time. Titanium jewelry 16g 5/16”. hasn’t been downsized yet due to swelling constantly!flatback piercing frontal internal threading. i clean it with saline once a day maybe twice depending on how it feels then dry it in front of a fan. no events and it’s been fine healing wise pain when i bump it on accident but that’s normal i assume?

task burnout
anyone in task been feeling so burnt out lately 🥲 ? i’ve been tasking and selling both for about a year now and i have genuine dread sometimes before a tasking shift. it feels like all of the taskers at my store are treated horribly and managers have such high expectations and standards for us, which is valid but it gets so frustrating and overwhelming. i do truck every week also and am always berated by my manager for not moving fast enough even tho im trying my hardest, im just burnt out and feeling unmotivated 😩😩 is anyone else feeling this way??
