Typa run I be on bitlife 😭

So my account had been suspended over a year ago now but i did not try to update the age verification thing. Now when im trying to access my account I cannot access to as to get the "Restore account" option and when i tried contacting the discord support they simply say to comply or raise ticket with k-ID while k-ID support says to contact discord for this. I am completely lost as to how to access my account and verify or update my age and get this account back. I cannot view my account status or i do not have any option to verify my age. How can I get across this? please help.

Also for reference to the images when i try to login with email it says that "Email does not access" although I tried getting through my phone number in my mobile and then i get the instruction in the image "discord is for ages 13 and up", though it says it will send instructions to email but idk where it will send.

Please help me with this I really need to access my account.

so this is my squad and i want to improve my game... currently it is a bit struggling to face meta teams so what can i change?

you might say for defence but idk if i need to get attack, i have 32k shards so i can sign someone. Please help!
