I (28, F) went on a second date with a guy over the weekend, and at one point he told me he had pictured me naked. He then said he wondered what color my nipples are and that he was curious to see them.

I honestly found it kind of odd to hear someone say that out loud on a second date. I have really small boobs and have always been pretty self-conscious about them, so it caught me off guard.

Is this just something guys think about but usually don’t say? Do men typically picture women they’re dating naked?

I need friendly gay advice because I’m still beyond embarrassed.

I was poolside with some other gays, relaxing in the shade, minding my own business. I stood up from my lounge chair and somehow the arm caught the waistband of my swim shorts and pulled them ALL THE WAY DOWN to my ankles. I swear it happened in half a second.

I was shirtless, so suddenly I’m basically standing there completely exposed in front of everyone around the pool. And because the shorts got caught, I couldn’t just pull them back up. I had to stand there trying to untangle myself while everyone watched and no one offered to help. It took at least a minute for me to get them untangled.

I’m on the Autism spectrum and always feel awkward and out of place. This incident just seemed to make that even more obvious. I felt like a dumb clumsy dork. How do you suggest I get over the embarrassment? Maybe it will just take some time.

Then I had to awkwardly untangle my shorts while completely exposed. Pretty much everyone around the pool saw it, and a bunch of the other gay guys burst out laughing. They clearly thought it was hilarious.

I know it was an accident, but I know some of the guys that were there and had just met the others. I was absolutely mortified. Days later, I still cringe every time I think about it.

Has anyone else had a public wardrobe malfunction like this? How did you get over the embarrassment? Right now it feels like my brain refuses to let it go.
